Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
